Why does it take over 2 months to get a garment?
Each garment we create is fully custom. All items are designed, sized, and sewn 100% by our designer. Our precision and dedicated focus to each element allows us to create high quality one-of-a-kind garments.
What does the cost of the garment cover?
Everything! The design, material, and delivery are all included in the final price of your dress.
Are the deposits refundable?
All deposits paid during the process are non-refundable, but deducted from the final garment cost upon garment completion. Our transparent pricing ensures there are no unexpected charges.
What kind of garments do you make?
We focus on statement pieces for women. Our favorite garments to make are corsets and dresses, but more than anything we love to make garments that make women feel amazing in their bodies. Can you duplicate a garment from another site?
We create one-of-a-kind pieces, giving you something that is only for you. While we don't create replicas, we can use other pieces as inspiration. Our process takes in a breadth of inputs from you to create a new design that incorporates your must haves and speaks to you.
What if I don't live near Right Side Out?
No problem! Our services are 100% remote and we work with clients across the U.S.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want my garment to look like?
Not to worry, many of our clients have only a vague vision or a few ideas. Our designer is there to actually design something for you based on your style and what you do know.
What if I don’t like my garment?
Our multi-step process allows you to sign off on decisions at every step, so you can feel 100% confident in your design before we start sewing. If for some reason you don't like your final garment and don't wish to take the garment, we will not charge you your final payment.
What if my garment doesn't fit me?
Our process includes getting a full set of measurements from you, so everything is sized to your body. If for some reason the garment doesn't match your sizing when you get it, we'll work with you 1-1 to get the sizing corrected.
